FEATURES
What is H24
It is a self-diagnostic service that allows client systems to be monitored 24 hours a day to guarantee they are operating normally.
H24 is the "Guardian Angel" that:
- performs a diagnosis of the condition of the component parts of the system;
- anticipates possible operating problems;
- solves the problem as quickly and as efficiently as possible providing all the indications for maintenance in real time.
H24 assistance, active 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, prevents the need for maintenance, optimising the life cycle of automatic storage systems in accordance with TQM (Total Quality Maintenance) principles.
How H24 works
Systems equipped with H24 are capable of performing a self-diagnosis of their operating status, monitoring and recording large numbers of events and key parameters of the general "state of health" of the system. Where critical threshold levels are exceeded, the system instantly and automatically contacts the ICAM technical support section via Internet. The technical support section acts in a preventative way, monitoring critical parameters and solving possible malfunctions before they occur. Where faults arise the technical support section is able to activate targeted technical assistance, rapidly rendering the system operational once again.
H24 activities
H24 is in particular capable of guaranteeing a series of critical functions for the running of the storage system, namely:
- continuous, non-invasive remote monitoring of the system;
- continuous checking of critical operating parameters;
- remote programming of parameters and functionality of the system;
- preventing risk situations, via the internet, that foresee a problem before it occurs;
- remote solving, where possible, of technical problems on the system;
- coordinating and supporting company technicians from the ICAM technical support section;
- optimising of scheduled maintenance;
- organising targeted technical maintenance;
- optimising the management of spare parts;
- recording and archiving information concerning the history of the system
