WARRANTY
ICAM guarantees that its own systems will correspond technically to what is described in an estimate and that they are suitable for the operation described. The warranty therefore covers the correct operation of the system in relation to the poor quality of materials employed and the incorrect design or construction on the part of ICAM.
Normal wear and tear is excluded, as are: accidental damage; failure or delay in reporting defects; incorrect use of systems; actions by third parties, things or natural phenomena.
The warranty will lapse if the client tampers with the system and if repairs are carried out by personnel not authorised by ICAM.
The duration of the warranty, which will vary according to the product, will be not less than 12 months.
Cover has been provided against possible problems caused by the product or by actions of persons within or outside of ICAM, and for the maximum assurance of its clients with two insurance policies relating to “PRODUCT RISK” for up to 5 million Euro, and “CIVIL LIABILITY” for up to 2.5 million Euro.
