FOUNDATION
ICAM was founded by Pietro Bianco Paolo in 1968 as Industria Costruzioni Arredamenti Metallici. The first production of metal fittings for offices was quickly accompanied by the manufacture of metal shelving for various uses, which lead to a noticeable expansion in market and production.
THE EIGHTIES AND NINETIES
As a second generation began working in the company, the development and sales of the first automatic filing and storage systems began.
During the nineties, having initially done away with the production of fittings and then shelving, ICAM began to specialise in the design and manufacture of automatic systems, expanding its own range and improving on technical quality and commercial image.
TODAY
Technical and commercial specialisation, despite the elimination of earlier products, is seeing a strong growth in turnover thanks to focalisation.
This technical and commercial specialisation now means that ICAM is able to offer a range of top quality mobiles and vertical systems at the best price.
