The need to store particularly heavy materials is always finding the means with which to intensify the use of existing space through the use of our COMPATTA systems. Whether it is a matter of very heavy, moulded items (up to 5000 kg) or packs of panels on either standard or different sized pallets, our company is perfectly capable of creating systems with mobile bases for oversized loads, thanks to the expertise it has acquired over the years. We are in fact capable of creating systems with mobile bases up to 70 metres in length and 1000 tonnes per mobile base. By adopting this solution, metal panel storage systems result in increased space savings and huge reductions in cost.
Radio controls for remote opening, storage system bar code operating SW and RF terminals are low cost, high output optional extras, whilst the essential H24 service comes as standard with every system.
For small to medium sized and even heavy products, not stored on pallets but picking type stock, the perfect solution has to be the SILO vertical storage system. The very high loading capacities per tray, low floor space and high intensity of vertical storage are seeing it used increasingly in the mechanical sector, for the storage of raw materials, semi finished or finished products and even moulds, equipment and the like (processing storage systems).
