Components of the H24 system

Operation of H24 has just a few simple requirements to ensure it can function properly.  In order to use the remote assistance service, it is necessary to have a PC equipped with no less than a Pentium III and Windows 2000 Professional or higher, together with an internet connection via LAN.
It will also be necessary to create a computerised barrier (password) between the system PC and the company network. A server at ICAM head office will mean that remote requests for technical assistance will be received and automatically cross matched with any records and historical data relating to the construction and maintenance of the actual system. This allows staff in ICAM Service Centre to have a global, up to date picture of the situation.

To request H24
 H24 is a service offered as standard with all new ICAM automatic systems and is also available for some systems installed before May 2004. It is still a good idea however to check the H24 compatibility of a particular system by simply calling the ICAM technical assistance section.

All H24 diagnostic operations are performed in full compliance with legal requirements laid down by Law no 196/2003 and subsequent modifications.
