What is H24
H24 is a telephone assistance package provided as standard on all of our automatic storage systems. Using a remote connection with our Service centre, we can provide prompt assistance, rapid identification of the causes of malfunction and updates of any software in real-time.
H24:
-enable the Service Centre to gather the information necessary to provide a rapid, appropriate maintenance intervention
- maintains the management software at the client’s premises and allows the possibility to modify the configuration parameters
- maintains the PLC software within the storage system and provides the possibility to modify its operating parameters
H24 activities
H24 is in particular capable of guaranteeing a series of critical functions for the running of the storage system, namely:

remote programming of parameters and functionality of the system;

remote solving, where possible, of technical problems on the system;

coordinating and supporting company technicians from the ICAM technical support section;

optimising of scheduled maintenance;

organising targeted technical maintenance;

optimising the management of spare parts;
How it works
Request Remote Assistance with H24 is easy. In case of malfunctions or defects, the customer can make a telephone call to the service center and one of our technicians will as soon as possible to connect remotely with a PC machine, so as to allow the resolution of the problem on line, or planning in the best way an assistance 'on-site.
