The company personnel, although somewhat young (average age of 33) are highly qualified (30% graduates, 70% with high school diploma) and are here to serve you with quality, motivation, flexibility and an ability to listen.
The commercial set up, based on a widespread network of agents, allows ICAM to operate both in the private as well as the public sector with separate networks that are client and product dedicated. The large number of clients acquired in over thirty years, not to mention the importance of the customer base itself is proof of a highly regarded approach to the particular market.
