Our mobile racking system for the intensive storage of heavy and bulky loads

Compatta Cargo is a semi-automatic mobile system with racking mounted on mobile bases that use a motorized mechanism to slide along guide rails set into the floor.
As the mobile bases move, they open the aisles to allow access to the stored material.
The operator can open or close an aisle by pushing a button on the mobile base or by using a remote control.

Mobile bases up to 70 m long

Maximum load capacity of up to 48 tonnes

Leaving room for safety

With Compatta Cargo both your operators and goods are in safe hands.
A safety light curtain on access points to every aisle and photoelectric sensors on the mobile bases immediately halt movement of the mobile bases if an operator or any type of obstacle is detected.
The operator is, however, always required to give consent to any handling operation by pushing the appropriate buttons, located on the main control panel and the control panels on every mobile base.

The brains behind Compatta Cargo is ICON. This web-based software, designed and developed entirely by ICAM according to the latest technological standards, responds perfectly to all of the storage and picking needs of the major commercial and industrial sectors. This multilingual and multiple-storage system app offers greater flexibility of interface with the most popular WMS and ERP management software. Designed using the .NET 4.5 framework, ICON was developed in C#, with the development tools for Visual Studio. The PC works on Microsoft Windows 10 and is equipped with a network interface, a software package developed by ICAM and a database operating on SQL Server Express Edition.
