Our system of intelligent, autonomous vehicles for intralogistics automation

Smoov ASRV is an innovative automatic system for the storage and handling of pallets, developed to make the most of distributed automation logic.
It consists of drive-in racking for shuttles together with intelligent vehicles, which are interconnected and functionally independently from the racking as the move around inside the warehouse, operating bi-directionally individually or as a fleet.
The ASRV are radio-controlled and if unladen can move along all of the aisles in the warehouse along a system of rails positioned on the racking. If laden, however they use only the service aisles to move pallets into storage aisles.

The Smoov ASRV system can be used for anything from simple storage to material flow management, making it possible to develop integrated material handling applications. The warehouse can even be designed for very different needs, hypothesizing both applications with high selectivity (and low density) and those with high storage density (and low selectivity).
