Company specialized in the production of packaging for the food industry. Carton Pack Srl is able to offer a wide and diversified packaging products portfolio for fresh products (fruits and vegetables) and food industry in general.

The main challenge was to recover floor space. This scenario caused big troubles during the materials handling operations executed by lift truck. On the other hand there was also the need to improve the storage of the cylindrical sleeves being very sensitive and perishable to the dust.

The Company decided to install a Rolltech Vertical Lift Module to meet these requirements. The trays are characterized by special supports that simplify the handling and storage of bulky cylindrical sleeves (diameter from 10 up to 23 cm) protecting them from dust and increasing their service life.
