SILO² Vertical Lift Module for the intensive storage of accessories for doors and windows of ESENFU

ESENFU is a company specialized in the distribution of accessories for doors and windows, Authorized Dealer of Domal, Artline, Acciaio Mogs, and WICONA.
THE LOGISTICS CHALLENGES
In 2015, due to the increasing inventory to manage, and the business growth prospects, ESENFU moves to a new facility, more technological and innovative, more in line with the company’s positioning and the brands distributed. In order to exploit all the available space of the new plant, make more efficient the order picking process and ensure better storage conditions of accessories and aluminum profiles, ESEN FU decided to automatize the logistics processes.
THE SOLUTION
With the aim of increasing the speed of order consolidation, ESENFU decided to install a multi-column Vertical Lift Module SILO² for the storage of accessories for doors and windows.
Over 3,000 articles of handles, joints, spare parts for doors and windows manufacturers are now stored in just 23 m². The operators carry out about 150 picking or refilling operations per hour, every day.
