\n ACMEI operates a 17,000 m\u00b2 logistics platform in Modugno, near Bari, for the distribution of electrical materials: a high-turnover catalog with significant dimensional variability across SKUs, frequent orders and response times that make the difference in the market.
As volumes grew and the company needed to increase picking productivity without expanding the dedicated area, ACMEI installed 4 ICAM SILO\u00b2 multi-column Vertical Lift Modules at the Modugno hub, concentrating high-turnover SKUs in a compact area integrated into the existing operational flow.\n <\/p>\n <\/header>\n \n

\n Each SILO\u00b2 Vertical Lift Module occupies 22.54 m\u00b2, with 3 storage columns and 2 side-by-side picking and refilling stations, providing 55.04 m\u00b3 of capacity.
\r\nThe trays are configured with three different usable heights, 100, 200 and 300 mm, to manage small, medium and large components within the same storage system, each in the optimal space, with no wasted volume and no risk of damage.
