We present the fourth edition of the ICAM Sustainability Report, reflecting on 2025 through our people, projects, innovation and tangible results. A look at how far we have come and the challenges ahead, as outlined in our new 2026\u20132029 ESG Plan.<\/p>\n\n

Every year, our Sustainability Report gives us an opportunity to reflect on the work we have done, measure our achievements and consider the direction we want to take in the future.<\/p>\n\n

With the ICAM 2025 Sustainability Report<\/strong>, our fourth consecutive edition since 2022, we share the story of a year marked by significant changes, new expertise and projects that have contributed to our company’s growth and development.<\/p>\n\n

Throughout this journey, we remain committed to the values that have always shaped the way we do business: putting people first, using resources responsibly and developing innovations that create lasting value.<\/p>\n\n

As our CEO, Roberto Bianco, writes in his introductory letter:<\/p>\n\n

This year, we have chosen to present our ESG commitment through the ICAM Journey<\/strong>, the process that guides each customer from the initial assessment of their needs through to the continuous improvement of their installed solutions.<\/p>\n\n

We Listen. We Design. We Manufacture. We Install. We Support.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

These five stages also shape the structure of our Report, showing how sustainability is embedded in every aspect of our work.<\/p>\n\n

From listening to our customers and designing more efficient automated storage systems to managing production processes responsibly and building long-term relationships, every activity contributes to creating value and has an impact on people, the environment and the organisations we work with.<\/p>\n\n

By looking at our value chain from this perspective, we can assess what we have achieved and identify opportunities for further improvement.<\/p>\n\n
