We are pleased to announce the release of our 2024 Sustainability Report<\/strong>\u2014a document that reflects ICAM\u2019s growth and reaffirms our belief that sustainability is not a final goal, but a way of operating as a company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Report marks an important milestone in our ESG journey. It identifies key material topics, measures performance, and compares results with the previous year\u2014a process that combines business and sustainability with rigor, consistency, and a forward-looking perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A story built on value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the 2024 Report, we chose to tell the story of our journey through milestones and objectives, framed around the theme of value\u2014a lasting value for people, the environment, and the communities we serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each section reflects the perspective of the four pillars that support our Sustainability Plan<\/strong>\u2014People, Smart Solutions, Planet, and Governance<\/strong>\u2014which form the foundation of a responsible and competitive industrial model. People remain at the center of our decisions, innovation drives continuous improvement, environmental stewardship translates into concrete actions for efficiency and circularity, and strong governance ensures transparency and long-term vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The drafting process involved all company departments, confirming a widespread culture of sustainability with a strong culture of sustainability that translates our values into measurable indicators and daily actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, we strengthened our ESG strategy and achieved tangible results. We increased our production of energy from renewable sources, raising the share of green energy to 51% and reducing CO\u2082 emissions by 41%<\/strong> compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a social perspective, we provide stable, permanent employment <\/strong>for all our employees and continue to invest in training, inclusion, and workplace safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In governance, the Board of Directors approved our Sustainability Policy and appointed an ESG Manager to coordinate the plan. At the same time, we continued to invest in technological innovation and sustainable processes, with a total investment of \u20ac4 million over 2022\u20132024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead: creating shared value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 2024 Sustainability Report reaffirms our commitment to embedding sustainability into every aspect of our operations, creating shared value over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this Report, we reaffirm our commitment to translating ESG principles into concrete actions, supporting the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and playing an active role in building a sustainable future for people and the planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
