We designed and developed ICON as a web application because we want to offer our customers the highest levels of operational flexibility: with ICON you’re free to use whichever browser you prefer, on whichever device you want, from wherever you desire.

No more risk of stock stock-outs.

ICON helps you keep an eye on the stock levels inside the ICAM automated storage system. With the possibility to set alerts and custom notifications such as minimum stock levels, you can avoid out-of-stock situations or any last-minute purchases by planning the necessary time for replenishments.

Carry out error-free and stress-free the inventory in just a few minutes.

The digitized recording of all the storage and retrieval operations carried out means that the availability of stock in the ICAM automated storage system is always up to date and a stock check can be carried out in just a few minutes. The integration of barcode readers reduces and simplifies the process for operators and further reduces the margin of error.

You can also manage items stored outside the storage system using the same software

ICON can not only track all the items stored within the ICAM automated storage systems, it can also manage items stored on traditional racking (for example those in the goods-in, packaging and shipping areas).

The ICON graphic tool enables you to configure and manage the ICAM automated storage system quickly, easily and intuitively. You can set the storage strategies in the trays and size up the compartments according to the product categories you need to manage, changing them over time as necessary.

ICON allows you to manage not only stand-alone automated storage systems, but also islands consisting of up to 4 ICAM automatic storage systems, that can work together without the need for a dedicated server. The industrial PC operates in a Microsoft Windows 10 environment, is equipped with a network interface, a software package created by ICAM and a database server program (SQL Server Express Edition).
