From 28 September to 1 October 2026, ICAM will exhibit at Batimat in Paris for the first time. The international trade show is dedicated to the building and construction industry, and ICAM’s debut marks a further step in the company’s expansion into the French market.
This is not, however, ICAM’s first experience in the construction industry. For years, our automated storage solutions have supported the intralogistics operations of companies across the sector, including Fassa Bortolo in building materials, Litokol in installation systems and construction solutions, Edilfloor in building and flooring solutions, Würth in professional supplies and fastening systems, and Snap-on in professional tools. We are now bringing this expertise to Batimat.
Visit us at Hall H4, Booth B128, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles to see firsthand how automated storage can make a tangible difference in day-to-day material handling: less space required, less time lost searching for and retrieving items, greater operator safety, and smoother logistics processes across the entire supply chain.
See, test, and experience ICAM solutions firsthand
At our booth, you will be able to see two vertical automated storage systems in operation and test them firsthand, both showcasing ICAM technology.
SILO² VLM
The multi-column vertical lift module is designed to maximize available height, reduce the floor space required for storage, and deliver materials directly to the operator—with speed, accuracy, and full traceability.
Thanks to its high degree of configurability, the SILO² VLM can be tailored to different storage volumes, load requirements, item sizes, and operational workflows, while maintaining a modular, industrialized design approach that is both efficient and reliable.
You will also have the opportunity to try IRIDE, ICAM’s intelligent picking guidance system, designed to make operations simple, fast, and intuitive. Using precise light-based prompts, IRIDE directs operators to the exact location and correct quantity of material to pick or put away, reducing search time and preventing errors. The system also simplifies the simultaneous management of multiple orders, guiding operators through every step of the process. With IRIDE, errors are simply not an option.
MAXIᴸ
The vertical automated storage system is designed for long, heavy, and bulky materials, from raw materials such as bars, profiles, and tubes to components, molds, equipment, and other heavy items used on production lines or at construction sites.
MAXIᴸ can handle loads of up to 3,000 kg per tray, improving material accessibility while reducing manual handling, search time, and the risks associated with traditional storage and retrieval of bulky loads.
At the show, visitors will be able to see the MAXIᴸ powered shuttle in action. Its integrated load ejectors make picking and putaway easier, allowing materials to be handled more quickly and accurately.

Your needs are the starting point for a practical solution
At our booth, our consultants will be available to assess your materials, workflows, and specific business goals, and work with you to identify the configuration best suited to your facility, warehouse, or jobsite.
SafeBox: a new approach to jobsite management
Batimat 2026 will also offer the opportunity to discover a major evolution of SafeBox, ICAM’s newly redesigned solution developed to meet the specific needs of jobsites, the construction industry, and material management across building sites.
The project has already attracted the attention of industry professionals and has been nominated for a 2026 Batimat Innovation Award in the category “Construction Tech, Materials and Technologies for Site Productivity.” This recognition highlights a new approach to the automated management of materials, equipment, and devices used on active jobsites.
How can accessibility, control, and traceability be maintained even when materials are stored far from the central warehouse? How can a simple storage point be transformed into an intelligent, self-contained, and relocatable system?
Discover the answer at Batimat.
