Go-live support

From installation to full operational capacity: we're with you at every step.

Getting an ICAM automated storage system up and running is a consolidated process.

Go-live support starts before the storage system arrives, continues through operator training and ends only when every piece of data is in the right place and operations are fully up and running. ICAM go-live support ensures that nothing is left to chance, with a dedicated team present at every stage.

Quick start, the digital twin

Quick Start allows ICON to be configured, tested and integrated before the physical storage system is even installed. An operational digital twin: real in its logic, virtual in its structure.

Your IT team can map flows, test integrations with existing ERP and management systems, and resolve configuration issues in a controlled environment. When the storage system arrives, the work has already been done What you get:
  • ICON behavior simulation prior to installation
  • ERP, WMS, and management system integration testing
  • IT team and key user training in advance
  • Configuration issues identified and resolved before go-live

Training: a well-trained operator is as valuable as an efficient machine.

The performance of an automated storage system depends on the people who use it. ICAM training covers correct system operation, daily management procedures, and safety protocols for both operators and warehouse managers. Available remotely or on-site. What you get:
  • Operator training on warehouse configuration
  • ICON configuration training
  • Inbound, outbound, and inventory management procedures
  • Anomaly management and safety protocols
  • Customizable sessions for new hires or new features

Initial loading: the right data, in the right place, from day one.

The inventory setup service ensures that stock is registered and loaded into ICAM storage systems correctly, in an orderly manner, and consistent with the desired handling logic. The ICAM team supports item mapping, classification, and tray layout configuration using Map Creator.

What you get:
  • Full inventory import and mapping
  • Initial item classification
  • Map Creator layout configuration support
  • Pre-operational data consistency check

Every hour saved at startup is an extra hour of production.

ICAM go-live support turns a typically critical moment into a smooth, controlled, and predictable transition.
