From 7 to 10 October, ICAM will be at SAIE Bologna (BolognaFiere, Hall 30 – Stand B63) with SafeBox, the new system for construction site material management.
Bringing automated storage directly to the construction site: this is the idea behind SafeBox, the system developed by ICAM to make the management of power tools, equipment, materials, spare parts and PPE simpler and more controlled.
At SAIE, visitors will be able to see SafeBox in action and try it first-hand: from operator identification and access to authorised materials through to picking.
Putting the construction site at the heart of SAIE 2026
With “The Construction Site at the Heart of SAIE” as its theme, the event brings together companies and professionals from across the construction industry in Bologna, showcasing products, solutions and technologies shaping the sector’s evolution.
Against this backdrop, ICAM presents SafeBox: an outdoor solution that gives authorised operators 24/7 access to materials and equipment, tracks every movement and can be relocated from one construction site to another.
An approach to construction site innovation that has also earned SafeBox a nomination for the 2026 Batimat Innovation Awards, in the Construction Tech – Materials and technologies for site productivity category.
