We are looking for a press brake operator who, reporting to the Production Manager, will be responsible for setup, programming, operation and control of CNC press brakes for sheet metal processing and bending, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards.

Main Responsibilities
- Set up, program and operate CNC press brakes, setting tools, machine parameters and bending sequences according to technical drawings and production specifications.
- Perform format changes, adjustments and bending tests, checking dimensions, angles, radii and part conformity using the required measuring instruments.
- Check compliance with product and process quality parameters, according to control plans and operating instructions, taking action in the event of any non-conformities.
- Monitor working parameters to ensure correct machine operation and continuity of the production process.
- Manage products, materials, tools and equipment within the work center, in compliance with occupational safety regulations, prescribed methods and operating instructions.
- Correctly use the management and information systems supporting company processes, within the activities assigned to the work center.
- Carry out autonomous maintenance, cleaning, inspection and lubrication activities, and provide support for professional maintenance of the press brakes.
Profile
- Technical diploma, mechanical, electrical, electronic, IT or mechatronics
- At least 1 year of previous experience operating CNC press brakes or machine tools for sheet metal processing
- Competence in first-level maintenance of automatic machines
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and the main measuring instrument
- Proactivity, enthusiasm and willingness to work in a team
- Results-oriented mindset
- Problem-setting and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Knowledge of factory management systems (MES) is considered a plus
- Knowledge of English is considered a plus
